Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility & Time Window

We support a 60-day return window for all physical jewelry products purchased on our official website. To qualify for return application, the products must be kept in original unused condition, with intact original packaging, complete accessories and no artificial damage, scratch, deformation or contamination caused by human factors.

2. Return Application Process

Customers who need to apply for return and refund shall submit a service application through our official Contact page. Our after-sales team will review the application within a fixed business cycle and send detailed return operation guidelines to applicants. Unauthorized returns without official confirmation will not be accepted.

3. Refund Rules & Cycle

After we receive and verify the returned products to meet return standards, we will initiate the refund procedure. The whole refund processing cycle lasts 5 to 10 business days. The fund will be returned to the original payment account used for placing the order. All refunds are settled in United States Dollar (USD).

4. Related Cost Specification

For valid returns caused by product quality problems or our service errors, we will bear the round-trip logistics cost of the products. For returns initiated due to personal preferences of customers, customers shall bear the return shipping cost by themselves; no other hidden handling fees will be charged by our side.

5. Rejection of Refund Application

We reserve the right to reject refund applications under the following circumstances: products exceeding the 60-day return period; products damaged artificially, worn or lost accessories; customized personalized jewelry products; products returned without official approval.
